Product prices displayed on Melvolente.com does not include sales tax and duties. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes from your respective country which are levied once your package arrives. The recipient is liable to all import duties, customs, and local sales tax. Please contact your local customs office for customs policies and updates. If the recipient refuses to retrieve an order and the package is shipped back to the sender, we will refund the amount after deducting the return shipping cost.

Returns

Returns/Exchange Policy:

To request a return please go to Contact us and enter your full name, and email along with the order number and reason for return. You will receive an email with shipping form which you will need to include in the return shipment. (second option) If you wish to return the product, please email us with the subject “REQUEST RETURN” or “REQUEST EXCHANGE” along with your Order Confirmation number to [email protected] for a prepaid return label.

You can return any item purchased on Melvolente.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Products that have been worn, used or otherwise not in new, unworn condition cannot be returned. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all MELVOLENTE packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Melvolente.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original, unaltered and unwashed condition. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Return Instructions out of USA

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside of the USA When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. If returned an item from outside the USA, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. MELVOLENTE.COM is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. A full credit may be denied for returned merchandise not meeting Melvolente’s return policy and a restocking fee upwards of 20% may be charged if the above return conditions are not met. If you did not pay a shipping fee for your merchandise, you will be credited less the cost to ship the goods to you.

Size/ Color Exchange

MELVOLENTE.COM is able to offer an exchange on the same item in another size only. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure. Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by MELVOLENTE.COM However please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties, and shipping charges on returned items. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you need to return an item purchased with a gift card, the return value will be issued as store credit.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact [email protected] with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. Our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

TAXES

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping within Texas State. All other orders shipped within the US will not have sales tax applied.

Returns Terms & Conditions

• Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return.
• Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition with all MELVOLENTE tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
• You must try the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.
• MELVOLENTE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, MELVOLENTE.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
• We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
